Your Home Practice

Having a home practice is vital to gain all the amazing benefits of yoga, like stress reduction. Make a yoga space in your home so you can always go there when you have 5, 10, 30, 60 minutes to practice. My recommendation is you practice at least 3 or 4 times a week. Guess what the most difficult thing is about having a home practice? It’s in your mind! Thinking about doing some yoga is harder than actually doing it. Once you get on your mat, the breathing practices, meditation and poses you need that day will reveal themselves to you.
