I Missed You and Some Sleep!

It was good to take time off in December. One of the best things I learned was how much yoga was helping me get restful sleep. You see I didn’t do yoga for a few weeks. By the second week I was having a hard time staying asleep. I did a yoga practice and slept better that very night! Another best thing I learned was how grateful I am for all my students, I’ve missed you so! Hope to see you soon!
