ABOUT DIANE RIXNER

BS Education, Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Integrated Energy Therapist

Yoga & Reiki are Diane’s passions, she loves to help students support their whole being. Her goal is to share the wonderful benefits of yoga, meditation & reiki that she discovered on her own journey, so that students can have a joyful journey of their own. It is a joy for her to see the change in a student’s body, mind and spirit after a session.. Diane has a B. S. in Education from Bloomsburg University, a Registered Yoga Teacher Certification from the Yoga Education Institute, Fitour Certification and is a Reiki Master. To keep her practice growing she has attended workshops at Yoga Education Institute, The Himalayan Institute and The World Yoga Center. She has been teaching yoga for 11 yrs. & doing reiki for 5 yrs.

YOGA

CLASSES NOW AVAILABLE IN STUDIO OR OUTSIDE ! Private & group sessions in Gentle, Chair , Yin, Restorative , Hatha Flow. Warm Ups, Schedule a group class for your special event like bachelorette parties, showers, birthdays, anniversaries. Meditation & Breath Practice are important parts of all classes.

 

REIKI

Balances our life force energy, Rei means it is spiritually guided. When our ki, energy, is in balance within our body, mind & spirit, we are more capable of being peaceful & healthy.

I provide private sessions in my studio or distance reiki Zoom sessions in a relaxed setting, after a phone consult. $35 for new clients, $40 for existing clients.

Available for Teacher Certification for new practitioners in all four levels of this wonderful practice.

 

NATURE WALKS & WALKING MEDITATIONS

Join me on the quiet roads in my community or on a beautiful local trail. I host private & group nature walks in several places in & around the lake region. Distances & difficulty can vary & will be customized to your needs.

 

ZOOM SESSIONS

I’m now providing Yoga and Reiki in my studio or via Zoom. Each yoga session is geared toward a specific goal or mindset & includes meditation.
